Thank you for doing something great
like putting the magazine online and archiving past
issues for easy retrieval.
MOE should also think about allowing teachers to
access the Intranet and its available resources
from home where we can work at our own time. This
would make life for the teacher more pleasant and
we would enjoy teaching even more.

We are pleased to inform you that teachers can access
the MOE Intranet from home using the Virtual Private
Network (VPN). Please refer to the website
http://intranet.moe.gov.sg/itb/vpn.htm for more
information.
Our IT colleagues point out that the current VPN
solution, which does not support Windows XP, will
be replaced by a new solution that supports Windows
XP. This will be ready by April 2005.
