Having the contact issue online really makes factual as well as interesting articles readily available to all. The article that caught my attention was the Literature write-up. It encourages and reminds us of the wonders and pleasurable insights of the subject. Maybe, more literature teachers should be encouraged (through e-mails to schools) to contribute their creative writing, stories and poems.

Keep up the great work and kudos to the Contact team.

Regards
Ms Anne Victor

Dear Anne

Thank you for your encouragement.

Our colleagues in the Curriculum Planning and Development Division point out that teachers interested in contributing creative Literature pieces to the English Language Unit’s publication, TELL can contact Ms Janet Liew at 6879 66772 or email her at janet_liew@moe.gov.sg.

Thank you.

Editor

I congratulate the staff at MOE for coming out with this initiative. I think it is a very good idea to allow teachers to learn more about the latest in the education sphere.
