Foreign System Schools (FSS)

Returning Singaporeans who have been studying overseas for substantial period of time prior to returning to Singapore and who wish to continue their studies in the overseas school curriculum may apply for admission to the Foreign System Schools (FSS) in Singapore. Since the FSS are intended to primarily cater to the community of expatriates' children in Singapore, Singapore Citizens who wish to enrol in FSS (excluding pre-school) would require MOE's approval to do so.  To apply, please submit the children's application to the FSS directly, with all the supporting documents. If the FSS is able to offer your children a place, it will forward the application to us. We will consider such applications on a case by case basis and revert to the FSS on the outcome.
